Should you change your mind after your purchase that is not a problem. For 14 days, you can take your time to inspect the work and let your decision sink in. During that time you can return your purchase without any problem.
This is how a return shipment works
- Please get in touch with us and we will email you a return form.
- Please complete the return form and include it with your shipment.
- Please send the work in its undamaged original wrapping and in an appropriate box. In case the box it arrived in has been damaged or you have disposed of it in the meantime, please arrange for a secure packaging which is adequate to protect the specific artwork.
- Please return the shipment including all postage fees, insured insured and with a tracking number to: C Agenda KG, Franz-Josefs-Kai 3/16, 1060 Vienna, Austria. Should we receive your shipment without postage, we will have to deduct the postage amount and any other fees charged to us from your credit amount.
- As soon as we will have received and inspected your return shipment we will immediately refund you the full purchase amount, excluding the original shipping fees, via the same method of payment you used when making your purchase.
In case of transport damage you will immediately receive a replacement.
Please inspect your shipment immediately after you receive it whether it is complete and in mint condition. If possible, please tell the delivery service directly when they hand over the shipment. Then inform us immediately of the damage on hello@collectorsagenda.com so we are able to prepare a new shipment without any delay.
If you are a consumer (that is not a business) and should you miss to make a claim or contact us, this has not effect on your legal warranty rights. However, you are helping us to make our claim to the delivery service or transport insurance company.
As we exclusively offer limited editions, it is possible that the edition has sold out in the meantime. In this case we will try to produce a new edition number of your copy or, should this not be possible, refund you the full purchase price, including all shipping fees.
